***UPDATED 1/10/17: My sincere apologies! In filling out this for myself, I noticed that I had July twice – It’s now been corrected. Can I blame #mombrain? ***
I can’t believe it’s November already, let alone a week+ into it. With all of the hustle and bustle that the holidays bring, I like to get organized well before the start of the year.
Paying bills is a fact of life and if I can find a way to make it easier, I’m all about it! We pay most of our bills online with either scheduled or automatic payments, but typically they are paid at different times throughout the month. That left us always wondering what we still had to pay, how much money we had left in the account, etc. I’ve been using this checklist for years and it’s really worked for my family so thought I’d share it with all of you. Click on the image below to view and download it.
I typically write when the bill is expected to come out of our account under the “DUE” section and when it actually comes out of our account inside the circle. For example, our mortgage is set to be paid on the 1st of every month. However, sometimes it doesn’t come out of our account until the 3rd. It basically gives us a quick snapshot of of our account. The picture below is an example.
This checklist has made it sooooo easy for my husband and I to see what’s already been paid and what still needs to come out of the account so we know exactly how much money we still have available. I hope it’s just as helpful for you!
Oh, and this checklist also matches the Free Printable 2017 Calendars I created! Happy organizing! 🙂
